What types of properties does John represent?+
John focuses on restaurant, retail, pad-site, and owner-user opportunities throughout Southern Nevada, with particular strength in second-generation restaurant space.
Does John only work with restaurant operators?+
No. John represents restaurant and retail tenants, buyers, landlords, sellers, and select investors. His operating background is especially valuable when a property has specialized infrastructure or customer-access requirements.
How does tenant representation work?+
John helps define the requirement, source public and broker-shared opportunities, evaluate operational fit, coordinate tours, prepare deal strategy, and negotiate the LOI and lease alongside the client’s legal and technical advisors.
Can John market or sell my property?+
Yes. Property-owner assignments may include positioning, pricing guidance, marketing exposure, direct operator and broker outreach, tenant backfilling, leasing strategy, or disposition guidance.
